About Nitkey

Guidance and advisory role to anyone looking to invest in real estate or purchase a home. Larry Nitkey is in his 14th year representing Buyers and Sellers of residential and commercial real estate. His experience includes, of course, single family residential homes but also extensive knowledge and expertise with multifamily properties, apartments, commercial developments, builder developments and subdivisions of in-city land.

Prior Experience

Prior to real estate sales Larry Nitkey spent about 14 years as a real estate developer primary focusing on new residential single and multifamily developments. This experience has gained him the insight of construction, development, cost control measures and marketing.

Currently

Larry Nitkey is in his 15th year in Real Estate. He is a Managing Broker with John L. Scott Real Estate in Westwood. He is also the managing member of Nitkey Properties, LLC a multifamily property investment company.

Personal

Larry Nitkey resides in West Seattle with his wife and children in a Tudor home originally built in 1928. Fortunately this home had very little updates since originally constructed but had a lot of deferred maintenance. So a long process of “restoration” (not remodeling) to return this beautiful home back to the spender of yesteryear. Original mahogany woodwork restored, tiles gone over with a dental pick, plaster walls restored and so on.

His interests outside of real estate are in being the best husband and father he can be. Also anything Hawai’ian as well as his 2000 Harley-Davidson Heritage Springer.

Real Estate as an investment, multifamily apartments, owner occupied single family homes, commercial property, mixed use, vacant land.
